SURFACE TREATMENT AND PAINTING


Two special lines
We have two modern surface treatment and painting lines. One of them is specially designed for large, heavy products and it can accommodate items weighing up to 900 kg, with dimensions of L = 2,740 mm, B = 1,250 mm and H = 1,200 mm. The other is currently specially designed for items for the heavy-duty automotive industry that are produced under contract.


Pre-treating steel products
Konga Bruk’s dipping system, Wache, guarantees the essential six-stage
pre-treatment of all steel products.

Primer
Konga Bruk have the possibility to either dip the parts or with new technology, use primer powder.

Paintshop, powder
All primed parts are powder coated with friction sprays and hardened at
200°C.


Blasting
All the blanks are blasted prior to welding, machining and painting. We can handlesheets measuring up to 1,700 mm x 4,000 mm.
